Apparently, it is the mother of all the caves in the region and it is certainly not for the timid, as you can see in the photos. It consists of two caves (Ronan’s Well and Robin Hood) which connects between the other via a narrow tunnel called “The narrows”.
Narrows:
In preparation for this adventure, we met a girl who is an experienced cave (Spelunken). She was the first to mention this cave and she told us that we had to continue to go straight and that we could not miss the narrows and that the average time inside the cave was about 3 hours.
Following his suggestions, we continued to go there for more than two hours through very narrow passages. We literally had to make our way, leaning in certain apparently impossible positions.
Get lost
While we continue to go deeper and deeper into the uterus, cracks and tunnels have started to become closer and closer. Each new crack that we have finished, we convinced ourselves that perhaps this was the narrows.
Even the rooms have started to become smaller and smaller. Some could not even correspond to my brother and me. For the first time in this adventure, uncertain thoughts began to surface. “What am I sure it’s like that?” And the most scary of everyone, “Could we be lost?”

The way back
At one point, I couldn’t turn my head to look back, nor develop my chest to resume breathing. The cave decided for us. We had to admit that we were completely lost, lacking water and that we could not go further, it was time to go back.
Two and a half hours later, we saw an orange shine in front. Painful, bruised and tired, we have resurfaced towards colorful outdoor. The sun was about to disappear behind the horizon, giving us enough light to return to the car. Smiling in exhaustion and relief, we went down the mountain and go home.
A few months later, we came back with the girl who mentioned the cave to us, and we finished it.
