12 fun things to do in CAPE COD during the dead-season

The more than 500 miles of virgin beaches that line the banks of Cape Cod, a peninsula that extends from southeast of Massachusetts and curves in the Atlantic Ocean, invites thousands of families during the summer. Visits to art dunes

Some of my other favorite beaches on CAPE COD are Mayflower Beach and Chapin Memorial Beach in Dennis, Skket Beach and Nauset Beach in Orleans, Craigville Beach in Barstable and Old Silver Beach in Falmouth.

Cycle paths

In addition to cycle paths within the national edge, the CAPE COD railway trail Offers 22 miles of trails while snakes from Dennis to Wellfleet. Further west, the 11 -mile SEA Bikeway Shining in Falmouth and the COD COD CANAL PATH offer other bicycle options that are excellent for families.

When I stayed at the Autocamp Cape Cod, which is right next to the brilliant sea bike path, I was able to cycle to Woods Hole for lunch and back. There are many places to rent bikes, including Brewster Bike, located just on the Cod Rail Trail.

Wooden hole aquarium

THE Woods Hole Science Aquarium was created in 1885, which makes it the oldest public aquarium in the country. Woods Hole is one of the main locations of the Marine Biology Study at the Oceanic and Atmospheric National Administration. This small aquarium has both an external joint speaker and an interior aquarium.

In total, there are approximately 140 species of exposed marine animals, which are all in the American waters of the northeast and the middle of the Atlantic.
