Capri, Italy is the playground of the rich and the famous. This legendary island off the Amalfi Coast is a holiday destination for the Jet Set for decades, if not more. Although yachting, consumption and alcohol consumption are the last time of Capri, the most popular sport is shopping. Creator stores border the main avenues of the city of Capri. This would lead you to think that a Shopping Capri trip would only be limited to the rich.
However, not all stores have the same creative goods that you can find in all the capitals of the world of the world. There are still local products that are worth spending your euros to bring Capri’s special Italian Souvenirs to the house. Although some purchases require follies, others have options for the budget of each visitor.
My in-laws have been visiting Capri for over 30 years, and I have the privilege of joining them three times. After spending days to go up and down the trading streets of Capri, by making a look at stores that seemed to offer something that I can afford, I found some recommendations on where to buy in Capri, Italy. I focused mainly on local or possessed companies that sell goods that cannot be found anywhere.
Where to buy in Capri, Italy
There are three main shopping streets in Capri, as well as the area around the Piazzetta di Capri. The main street of the Piazzetta is done via Vittoria Emanuele. This street is bent for Camerelle in front of the Quiisisana hotel. This is where you will find the main creative stores. If you want things that are a little more out of the beating path (read: not as expensive), go to the cramped via the Botteghe.
By the way, do not be surprised when you see models on the city (beyond those who are on vacation) of the Capri style store. They show elegant linen outfits, which are both too expensive and beautiful. Sometimes these models walk in restaurants at night to show their clothes.
After shopping, be sure to walk through Tragara from a panoramic point of view at the end of this road. You can stop for a lemon granita along the way.
If you are looking for unique capri memories beyond creator brands, here is where you should shop for Capri:
Capri Watch

From the minute you are going aboard the funicular of Marina Grande, you are bombed with advertisements for Capri Watch. These colorful neoprene watches and bags are offered in several homonymous stores in the city. As I am not tall on the bling or the big faces of the watch, I did not think that I would find anything to suit me. However, since my watch abandoned the ghost, I have been looking for another. I was delighted to find a pink gold watch with a face of the navy, embellished only by some carefully placed jewelry and at a manageable price.

Bottega Capri

A few years ago, when I shopping in Positano, I had a pair of personalized sandals made and they remained a very special memory. I was delighted to find Bottega CapriA shop that also makes hand -made and designed sandals. They have many samples to give you ideas, but you choose your heel height, your leather color and your strap style.
You can then choose from an abundance of colored leather straps to complete the look. They will cut you and then create your personalized sandals. When you come back, they will ensure that the straps adapt perfectly to your foot and finalize the sandals on site. I loved so many styles that I bought two pairs!

Corethusy

CARTHUSIA I Profumi di Capri Offers the perfumes of herbs and flowers on the island. Perfumes, candles, soaps and lotions will allow you to bring Capri’s scent back home, and gift boxes make beautiful gifts.
There are several stores in Capri and Anacapri, as well as in Naples and other places on the Amalfi coast.

Alberto Guardiani

The Italians are experiencing shoes, and if you are ready to make a little follies (but not scandalously), Alberto Guardiani should appear on your CAPRI racing list. My husband found a superb relaxed shoe and mobilization / driving shoe and I made follies on something a little higher than my standard rate.

Campannina gift shop
Restaurant La Campannina is a basic food in the Capri culinary scene. This sphere of influence now extends to their gift shop where you can buy any lemoncello. These have great memories and gifts for those at home.
